By accessing and using Mayaa's AI-powered event management services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Mayaa provides AI-Agent for event planning and management tools, including but not limited to: conversational AI assistance, venue discovery, automated vendor communication, RSVP management, and event analytics. The service is provided 'as is' and is subject to change without notice.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Some features of Mayaa require payment. Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
